Service Fees

Service fees once paid are generally non-refundable as the service is rendered at the time of application. However, if a government application fee is refunded by the respective department, we will pass on the refund to you after deducting our service charges.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service request, please contact us within 24 hours of submission. Cancellations after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
